I don't really think this is a secret talent at all, but I'm bilingual. Though I'm really shy to speak Spanish around people who aren't family. I can do a little oragami and calligraphy. I can focus and unfocus my eyes on command as well as change my handwriting depending on my mood. Not hidden, but I can also hand-sew. And I'm not too bad at cutting hair.

Mostly quality time and I think acts of service. I honestly sometimes think love-language types are silly because I want all of them. They're all good in my eyes. But I think maybe it's more of which one are you more inclined toward naturally. Up until about a year or so ago, I hated any form of physical touch. Especially from family, but I've grown to like it as I've gotten older. I appreciate gifts, especially on special occassions, but I find this is the love language I value the least. I think maybe it comes from the fact that gifts growing up were more transactional, ways of appolgizing, without actually making the concious effort to correct behavior. So...I kind of resent gift-giving because of that. But, I really like home-made gifts, I think those are the sweetest.

I love finding kitchenwear, specifically beautiful mugs. I used to have a problem of thrifting too many, and my whole cabinet at home would be filled with them, so I had to stop collecting them for a while. But now that I work at a coffee shop, we have reusable mugs, so I usaully thrift them so they can go there. I also love thrifting any kind of jewelry, I love finding beautiful ashtrays-- I can't wait to have my own apartment, so I can finally smoke on my porach without anyone judging me. I also love looking for tech, finding a really good coveted CD or casette always makes my day. But they're harder to come by than you would think. On a good day, I really like looking for fun shoes, but I almost never buy any, because well,, I'm not a 6-inch pink high heels kind of guy, but maybe I could be someday...

Intially hearing this I was thinking comfort shows, and I don't actually think I have any, but I do have some comfort movies as well as albums. Music wise, Pet Sounds, In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, Back to Black, the Guilded Palace of Sin, Parcely Sage Rosemary and Thyme, and Tracey Chapman are all albums I find very nostalgic and also very comforting just because I listened to them a ton growing up. Movies, I really really really find the Fantastic Mr Fox to be a joy, even though I know that's a really basic take. Edward Scissorhands, Coraline, But I'm a Cheerleader, Little Miss Sunshine. These all have a very big nostaligc quality as well that I find very lovely. Book wise, I know this is evil, but the Road by Kerouac, the Stranger by Camus, anything by Dostoevsky, and Frankenstien by Mary Shelly. There's show I really liked growing up called Haibane Renmae, that I really like. And I also,,,, and you CANT judge me for this, find Hetalia to be a really beautifully stupid show. I love it so much.

My favorite weather is whenever it's a little bit misty/foggy outside. It makes walking around feel mysterious, like some sort of detective in an old timey noir. My favorite time of day is Twilight, right before all the light from the sky is fully dark. It makes me pensive, reflective, a little bit sad, but in a beautiful way. I like the familiar melancholy of walking home.

I used to not drink coffee at all because I can't handle anything too bitter. Now that I work in a coffee shop I've forced myself to start drinking coffee. I like a hot mocha or any kind of iced latte with flavoring. I also like the idea of tea, a lot more than I think I actually enjoy drinking it. I more like having someone/something to keep me company. I like blueberry tea, sometimes with a bit of honey. I also really like this ukranian tea that's strawberry marshmallow flavored. As much as I know it's bad for me, my favorite way to get caffiene is sugar free redbull mixed with some sort of fruit flavoring.

Smell of dew in the morning, seeing wild animals (deer, coyotes, squirrels, beautiful birds), the swirls milk makes when you pour it into black coffee, the catharsis after cracking all your knuckles/bones/jaw, seeing my pet dog -- especially after a long day, the smell of other people's perfume when they walk past you, when a stranger smiles at you in public, rubbing my feet together like a fly after jumping in bed, stickers, a friend thinking about you throughout their day, the sound of clicking heels as I walk across pavement, the taste of honey, the sweetness of a berry after expecting it to be tart.

On a good day, I wakeup around 9:15 am, but if I had it my way, and I often do, my body will wakeup naturally at 1 pm regardless of what time I went to sleep. I'm a BIG believer in sleep.

I mostly get my inspiration from pinterest smh my head....first and second-wave emo fashion, tweemo, 2000s styles, 80s styles, some medieval revival and 70s influence. I find a lot of queer aesthetics and stuff from anime very compelling. I also love anything western. I'll attach some photos below. :D I also love anything weird and spacey, I think true beauty is whatever stays in someone's head even after they've walked away. I think true beauty is making people's head's turn.

Ideally, I would love to become a DJ, that's one of my many dreams. But realistically, hopefully becoming a professor or some kind of respected author/authority on some topic of my interest. I would love to become an artist of some kind, or maybe a museum curator, but I just don't think I could ever base my life around the whims/tastes of others--selling art, curating for others, ect. I also at one point in time, and still now, would love to work at a post office. I think mail is so important and so beautiful. I still send letters to my friends because I love the medium so much.

I have a lot of favorite perfumes, I actually have a bit of a problem about hoarding them. My favorite one to wear is this one, it's called amber by nemat, I got a large bottle of it this christmas. It only really smells like amber, I have other perfumes that smell like catholic church incense, frankincense/myrrh, dark cherry (for when I'm feeling very feminine), and rum.
