Hello there!
I'm currently a full-time student at the University of Chicago, studying Visual Art and Fundamentals in undergrad (this is subject to change as I am a very fickle person). As of late I work part-time at a coffee shop and I "DJ" part-time for my school's radio-station. (I play every Thursday at 9am (Chicago Time) if you wanna give me a listen.) I make art, write poetry, and code in my freetime. (I'm not too great at any of these, though.)
EDIT: The name gothic-hermaphrodite was actually never given to me, I am now learning this after a mutual friend reminded me, but the story of the name is that one of our friends kept drawing these very sad, goth, androgynous people on a whiteboard. I'm not entirely sure, but when they said that name, it stuck with me. I was like wow! this is a perfect description of who I am as a person. Also, (III) personally feel a connection to this Greek sculpture , the first depiciton of a hermaphrodite I'd ever seen growing up, in a museum. It's still one of my favorite pieces of art of all time, it's very rare I see myself ever depicted in art, culture, or media, that's why it's so precious to me, and also so important for me to make art.
